To avoid over-production and waste, all products are made to order, in the workshop, to the sound of an eclectic selection of music, radios and podcasts and loud machines.
Ordering bags and garments
Orders are open year-long. Each item is made to order and the lead time is currently 4-6 weeks. Made-to-order products are found on the Made-to-order page. We occasionally offer one-of-a-kind, ready to ship items. These can be found on the Ready-to-ship page.
All items are designed, cut, sewn and shipped from the workshop in Grenoble, France. Except for ready-to-ship articles, they are made specifically for you and therefore can’t be returned.
Shipping
We try our best to ship custom orders within the lead-time frame, although an extra delay of a few days can be expected during busy periods (before Christmas and in spring time). If your order is urgent, please get in touch at info[at]courssilpleut.com so we can try to find an arrangement.
One-of-a-kind products are shipped within a week after placing the order. You will be notified of the shipping via email.
We ship wordwide from France, but please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged by local authorities basd on the value of your order.
